Granddad, your love, support, and great big bear hugs whenever I came to the house will forever be missed. I will miss calling and hearing your voice pick up the phone, I will miss hearing you randomly hum and sing your songs, I will miss the unconditional love and acceptance you showed towards everyone we brought into your home. Uncle Bobby, you were highly respected and truly admired by me. I am so glad that my son David had the chance to meet you on two very momentous occasions: 1. Your & Aunt Della's 50th Wedding Anniversary 2. On Uncle Joe & Aunt Maxine's 50th Wedding Anniversary. We were even allowed the possibility that you were seriously contemplating moving closer to us, even the thought seemed amazing & surreal. Our entire family and surely many of your friends have been deeply saddened by your sudden loss way too soon. But I suppose it's not ours to question; only to keep the fortunate blessing foremost in our heart and minds that we were allowed to have your life touch ours.
