I had been trying to meet cousin Culbert and did not know that he passed. My mother, Marva was his first cousin. My Auntie Genie his first cousin gave me his name as I was trying to get more information about his father, Uncle Willie. She does not know that he has passed as she told me that he lives in San Diego.
