Mrs. Onie Mae Arthur was born May 1, 1919 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She was a resident of San Diego, California for seventy-six years. She passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses located at 6450 Plaza Blvd., San Diego, CA.
