HAROLD ELLIS

Harold Charles Ellis, 81 years of age of Imperial Beach CA, passed away on Saturday, July 02, 2022.
He passed away in the ICU of Chula Vista, Scripps Memorial Hospital due to heart failure.
Harold was born in Troup Texas to Jeffery Ellis and Pearline Murphy. He grew up the eldest of 4 siblings – Jeffery, Johnny, Herlee and Theralee.
As a teen, he loved spending his time fishing and hanging out with friends, down at the Chicken shack. 

In his teenage years he met and married his first love Bonita Faye Garrett. Within a number of years, they started a family, complete with 6 children. A family they loved and cherished. Being a kind and dependable father was of the utmost importance to Harold and he certainly did not disappoint when it came to wholeheartedly loving his family.
Harold leaves behind surviving children Charles Ellis, William Ellis, Jacqueline Ellis, Regina Ellis, Mo’nique Hollingsworth and more than 40 grand/great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in passing by siblings Jeffery and Johnny. The memorial service will be held at the home of Theralee & Trudy Murphy - 511 Encinitas Ave, San Diego, CA 92114. July 15th, 2022 at 3pm.
