De'Veon was born in Los Angeles and when he was six months we moved to San Diego CA. He attended Naranca Elementary in El Cajon, CA from kindergarten till the third grade. While attending Naranca Elementary De'Veon really won the teachers over with how bright and polite he was and being such a big helper. Growing up De'Veon was always happy and always made friends anywhere he went. In 2010 we moved to the Oak Park area where he attended Oak Park Elementary for fourth and fifth grade where he made quite a few friends. Sixth grade De'Veon attended Horace Mann middle school. While in middle school De'Veon started playing youth football for the Balboa Raiders and loved being on the field making tackles. While attending Patrick Henry High De'Veon really made his presence known and gained a lot of friends who loved and adored him and added to his nickname da da where his friends at Patrick Henry high called him coco. On the field De'Veon was called coco thunder and was a beast on the field. When De'Veon was off the field his passion was writing stories. He always kept a pen and notebook with him and his creative mind going. De'Veon was very smart, had a awesome imagination and personality and was very well spoken with a great head on his shoulder and loved his family and friends dearly.
On December 15, 2021 De'Veon's life was short lived and God gave him his wings to come home.
