Mr. Washington Waddell was a native of Memphis, Tennessee and a long time resident of San Diego, California. He passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Diane. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.at Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary, 5050 Federal Blvd., San Diego, CA. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11AM , Bayview Baptist Church located 6126 Benson Avenue, San Diego, CA 92114.

PLEASE NOTE: Viewing and Remembrance will be held one hour prior to the funeral service from 10:00 A.M. till 11:00 A.M on Thursday, February 1, 2018. at Bayview Baptist Church, 6126 Benson Avenue, San Diego, CA 92114.
