Michael Justin Ward

Our beloved, Michael Ward was called to glory on August 22, 2018 while performing a routine dive at work, he was 29.  Michael was born in Memphis, Tennessee and at age 4 he and his mother moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to join his father and he remained in Milwaukee until he graduated from Riverside University High School and went to the US Navy soon after.   Michael served in the US Navy and was station in Hawaii on the USS Lake Erie and then he was stationed in San Diego.  When he got out of the Navy he decided to go to the Navy Reserves and make San Diego his home with wife, Autumn.   Michael was an energic child and excelled at football, basketball, wrestling, and Taekwondo.  In High School he played the Bass in the Jazz Band he loved music.  Michael had a smile and love for everybody.  Michael is survived by his wife, Autumn; parents Don and Jacquelyn Ward; siblings Christian Ward (Taylor) and Dominique Ward (Arian); niece Giselle Jones and a host of relatives and friends.
