Mrs. Kirkland is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee and a long time resident of San Diego, California. She was a retired owner of a local beauty shop, as a licensed beautician. She passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at her residence. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary. Funeral service will b held the following day on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at11:00 A.M. at Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary, Memory Chapel.
