He will be missed. Such a kind and pleasant person to be around. His singing was a gift and enjoyed by many.

Washington was one of the most positive people I ever met. He was always encouraging, supportive of his friends and always praised God despite in good times as well as bad times. He was a beautiful person and a wonderful friend. I thank God for the time that we shared singing in the Progressive Missionary Baptist Association district chorus. I know he is singing in the Celestial chorus now and his suffering is no more. Our loss is Heaven's gain!
