Robert Lee McKinney

Robert Lee McKinney, 78, a resident of New Blaine passed away Monday, April 10, 2017, in Fort Smith.
He was born December 28, 1938, in Ventura, California to the late George William and Vela (Self) McKinney. Robert served and retired from the United States Navy. He was of the Church of Christ faith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant son, Raymond Lee McKinney.
Robert is survived by a son, Ronald McKinney of Washington and friends, Neal and Tamara Wade of Paris.

Funeral services will be private with burial in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California. Arrangements in Arkansas are under the  direction of Roller Funeral Home, and Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary in San Diego, CA.
