Robert B. McGee

Robert McGee of San Diego, formerly of Baton Rouge, LA who moved to El Centro, CA at the age of 5 passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017.  He was 88 years of age.  Born March 14, 1929 in Baton Rouge, Robert was the loving son of the late IB and Stella McGee.  Robert was a son, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend to all.  He was the brother to the late Bill (Beverly) and Glen (Gloria) McGee. 

Robert was the beloved husband of Leilani McGee.  He was the loving father to Debra, Susie, Steve, Gena and the late Michael (Maye) McGee.  He was also a cherished stepfather to Leilani  (Sylvester) Rodgers  in Memphis, TN;  Pamela Guillory in Lake Charles, LA;  and the late Robert Moseley.  He was also the grandfather and great father to many.

Robert truly loved traveling in his motor home with his wife visiting several states.  The Family want to thank Erachel Board and Care who provided care prior to being admitted to the hospital for the last time.  During his final days in the hospital, a priest provided blessings every day and his last rites on the final day.
