Allen Charles Reddix, Sr.

Mr. Allen C. Reddix was born on January 3, 1939 to Ruby Reddix and Mary Ella Collins in Tarry, Arkansas. At an early age he accepted Christ and joined the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Rayville, LA. In 1959 he moved to San Diego, CA and married Connie Jennings. He leaves to cherish his memories; three daughters; Marilyn McDowell, Angie Reddix and Sandra Jennis. Three sons; Allen Jr., Shawn and Kevin Reddix. His sisters Ollie B. Allen, Ruby Fields and Earsalene Reddix, Geneva Grigsby, Dorothy McCombs, Alive Hawkins, Zeathera, Willie Mae, Gloria, Sara, Pearlie, Zellah. Brothers; James, Sylvester, Joe, David, Randolph, Ben, Hosea, Melvin and Joshua Reddix. 20 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren. Services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00 Am from the Chapel of Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary with the burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
